Leadership Program

People and Culture Department at Abdulla Fouad Group is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Leadership Program held from 5 to 8 May 2025 and conducted in collaboration with the internationally renowned Ivey Business School, one of the world’s top institutions in business education and leadership development.

This intensive program was specifically designed for the senior leadership team at Abdulla Fouad Group across all business units and functions. The initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to investing in leadership excellence and driving strategic growth across the Group.

The program delivered a transformative experience, focusing on essential leadership competencies such as:

• Developing strategic flexibility
• Overcoming resistance & gaining commitment
• Creating strategies in a Changing and Unstable Environment

Participants engaged in interactive workshops, real-world case studies, and collaborative group projects. These learning methods, combined with Ivey’s innovative teaching approach, empowered our leaders to reflect, challenge, and elevate their leadership styles.
