The People and Culture Department at Abdulla Fouad Group is pleased to announce the successful completion of a dynamic leadership development session held from 25 to 27 May 2025, and designed to enhance emotional intelligence as a core leadership competency.
The session was delivered by Mr. Zeshan Afzal from Mellions Smiles, and it focused on empowering participants with the tools to understand and apply emotional intelligence in real-world leadership contexts. Attendees explored how emotional awareness impacts decision-making, strengthens team collaboration, and drives leadership success.
