Fouad Holding (CED) hosts a forum at Sultan Bin Abdulaziz
Science & Technology Center for Saudi Industrialists
and leading Academics and innovators to meet and discuss
Advanced Manufacturing Technologies.

Fouad Holding Co. – CED along with its partner INFOCAD
S.A recently hosted the forum “Towards Implementation
of Advanced Manufacturing Technologies” with the participation
of Eng. Amer Al Sulaim, Executive Director, Industrial Services
Saudi Aramco and Dr. Faleh A. Al-Suleiman, Vice Rector for
Technology Development & Industrial Relations and Dr.
Amro Al Qutub, Chairman of Mechanical Engineering Department,
KFUPM.
The
forum focused on how utilizing technologies can greatly
increase the competitiveness of companies in producing industrial
goods and give them an advantage in the global economy.
The
afternoon sessions of the forum were dedicated to Engineers
who were interested in an up-close view of the technical
aspects of hardware & software for rapid product development.

Organizes QAD road show
Abdulla
Fouad Holding recently hosted a road show for QAD encompassing
QAD’s roadmap, future strategies
and QAD standings amongst other ERP solution providers.
This
time the main focus was QAD Financials 2008, which is a
comprehensive financial solution fully equipped with workflow
and document management designed for the multinational mid-sized
to enterprise companies streamlining their financial processes
from planning, to recording, to reporting, and complying.
It
supports multi-company, multi-currency, multi-language,
and consolidated reporting, and it addresses the local requirements
by country and region including local legal requirements,
local business requirements, and multiple-tax systems.
At
the end, there was a Lucky draw as usual followed by Lunch
and then participation certificates were distributed to
all attendees along with giveaways.

Fouad Holding wins International Trophy for Quality
Abdulla Fouad Holding was
selected by trade leaders club for 'International Trophy
for Quality' (New Millennium Award) for their current and
ongoing projects of Quality Management System.
On receiving the International Trophy for Quality Abdulla
Fouad Holding has become a part of a select group of companies
who have received recognition in their respective fields
for their trajectory and business prestige.
The
selection of the awarded companies is made through a periodic
and written consultation to the 14,000 members of the Club
in 120 countries. They propose and suggest companies from
each field of activity and geographical area that, in their
opinion, deserve to be included in the selection due to
the prestige they have reached in their different activities.
From
May 22nd till 24th Geneva is going to host
more than 150 businessmen from the five continents which
will meet on the occasion of the 36th edition of the International
Trophy for Quality (New Millennium Award). All the awardees
will have a unique opportunity for presenting their products
or services during the important event of presentation of
all the awarded companies. This event will take place before
the prize giving ceremony, which will be presided over by
Swiss authorities related to foreign trade as well as the
diplomatic corps representing the countries of the companies
receiving this international recognition of quality.

at London Hospital.
Mr.Fouad Abdulla Fouad President of Abdulla Fouad
Holding Co. is passed away on 16th/March/2008 at a London
Hospital. Funeral took place on 18th/March/2008, after Al
Asar Prayers at Imam Turkey Ben Faiysal Masjid at Al Jalawiya,
which was attended by family members, relatives, close family
friends and AF Employees in a very large number.
He
is remembered as a great Leader with a Vision, a Kind soul
and Nobel Human being.
May Allah rest his Soul in
Peace
