Cisco IP Telephony Solution
InfoTech will deploy a new network infrastructure in Riyadh Branch to provide Network Communication & IP Telephony Service while utilizing the existing Infrastructure of IP Telephony deployed in their Jubail Head Office.
This deployment of IP Telephony will be based on the centralized deployment model as the main Call Processing Agent will be located in Jubail. Voice Mail Service will also be deployed for the users of Riyadh Branch by providing Voice Mail (Cisco Unity Express) Module in Riyadh Router. This will allow to Riyadh Users to Use Voice Mail Services on their Phones only. An Auto Attendant will be configured in this module to provide Automated Greeting Messages for users calling from outside to Riyadh Number.
